Louise is becoming more and more alert every day. She likes to sit in my breastfeeding pillow (AKA my brest friend) and look around. I took this picture today. I thought it was so cute and really captured her happy personality.

Visit to Wilmington/Swansboro

We had a nice visit to Wilmington this past weekend. We left Thursday morning and got back last night. Louise got to meet a lot of people. Some of them were her great grandfather "Granddaddy"and great grandmothers "Gana" and "Granny". We then took a short drive to Swansboro on Saturday so she could see great grandmother "Mee-Ma". Louise's 1st visit to the nursery

Louise went to the nursery for the first time this Sunday. She did great. She has on her dad's blue daygown.

2 month dr's appt

We took Louise for her 2 month checkup. She got 4 shots and did very well. I think Douglas and I were worse off than she was. She weighed 9 lbs 12 oz and is 22.75 inches long. So that means from the last appointment (1 month checkup) that she is either shrinking or the nurse measured wrong =) Needless to say, Douglas is very disappointed and has to stop saying, "we might have a Rebecca Lobo on our hands". This picture was taken tonight. She likes the swing...it seems to calm her down.
